Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the establishment and operation of 17 New MeeSeva Centres in Jangaon District
About Meeseva Telangana & Meeseva Services in Telangana:
MeeSeva (meaning "At your service") is the official digital initiative by the Government of Telangana designed to provide smart, citizen-centric government-to-citizen (G2C) and government-to-business (G2B) services. It brings over 580 public services across nearly 40 government departments directly into digital reach.
Core MeeSeva Services
The platform provides a unified portal for various application forms, records requests, and document issuances. The most heavily utilized services include:
Revenue Department: Issuance of Caste Certificates, Income Certificates, Residence Certificates, and land-related documents like the Pattadar Passbook.
Civil Supplies: Ration Card modifications, corrections, and issuance of new/surrendered cards.
Registration & Stamps: Property registrations, market value certificates, and certified copy requests.
Municipal Administration (GHMC/CDMA): Birth and Death Certificate issuance or corrections, property tax payments, and trade license applications.
Transport Department (RTA): Applications for driving licenses, learner's licenses, and vehicle registration renewals.
Utility & Bill Payments: Online settlement of electricity bills (TSSPDCL/TSNPDCL), water bills (HMWSSB), and police traffic challans.

In accordance with the provisions of the ESD MeeSeva Rules, 2025, and based on the assessment of the existing MeeSeva Centres with reference to the prescribed viability criteria, applications are hereby invited from eligible candidates for establishment and operation of 17 new MeeSeva Centres in the identified Mandals of Jangaon District. The selection and establishment of the centres shall be subject to the applicable Rules, viability conditions and approval of the competent authority.
For the purpose of local candidature, the concerned Mandal shall be the criterion. Accordingly, a candidate shall be eligible to apply only for the MeeSeva Centre(s) proposed in his/her native/local Mandal, subject to production and verification of the prescribed proof of local candidature. Candidates from one Mandal shall not be considered for a MeeSeva Centre proposed in another Mandal.
1. Mandal-wise Proposed MeeSeva Centres:
1. Bachannapeta: 4 No.s MeeSeva Centres
2. Chilpur: 1 MeeSeva Centres
3. Devaruppala: 1 MeeSeva Centres
4. Ganpur Stn: 2 MeeSeva Centres
5. Jangaon: 4 MeeSeva Centres
6. Lingalaghanpur: 2 MeeSeva Centres
7. Palakurthi: 1 MeeSeva Centres
8. Raghunathpalle 2 MeeSeva Centres
Total 17 MeeSeva Centres
2. Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant shall possess Graduation or above.
2. The applicant shall possess a Computer Certification Course qualification.
3. The applicant shall be between 21 years and 44 years of age.
4. The applicant shall be willing to invest in the required infrastructure for establishment and operation of the MeeSeva Centre.
5. The applicant shall be a native/local candidate of the concerned Mandal for which the MeeSeva Centre is proposed, subject to verification of local candidature.
6. The selected candidate shall produce/obtain Police Clearance Certificate.
7. The applicant should be able to speak, read and write the local dialect and possess basic knowledge of English.
8. Selection shall be through the prescribed written examination.

1. Applications – From Date 07-09-2026 at 10:30 AM Applications – To 11-09-2026 at 5:00 PM
2. Scrutiny of Applications 15-09-2026

4. Examination Date 20-09-2026 at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
4. Application and Scrutiny:
Applications shall be submitted in the prescribed manner within the notified period from 07-09-2026 at 10:30 AM to 11-09-2026 at 5:00 PM.
Applications received after the last date shall not be considered.
Applications shall be scrutinized with reference to educational qualification, computer certification, age, local candidature of the concerned Mandal, required documents and other prescribed conditions.
The final eligible candidate list shall be published on 17-09-2026 after completion of scrutiny in district website portal.
5. Examination and Selection:
Applications received after the last date shall not be considered.
Applications shall be scrutinized with reference to educational qualification, computer certification, age, local candidature of the concerned Mandal, required documents and other prescribed conditions.
The final eligible candidate list shall be published on 17-09-2026 after completion of scrutiny in district website portal.
5. Examination and Selection:
The eligible candidates shall be permitted to appear for the written examination scheduled on 20-09-2026 at 10:00 AM TO 12:00 PM in IDOC MAIN MEETING HALL. Selection shall be carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedure, and subject to verification of all eligibility conditions and documents.

The applicant shall furnish correct and complete information. Suppression or misrepresentation of facts shall render the application liable for rejection.
Mere submission of an application or inclusion in the eligible list shall not confer any right for selection or allotment of a MeeSeva Centre.
The proposed location and establishment of each MeeSeva Centre shall be subject to the applicable viability criteria and approval of the competent authority.
The selected candidate shall arrange the required premises, equipment, connectivity and other infrastructure as prescribed.
The District Administration/competent authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application or modify the schedule, if necessary, in accordance with the applicable Rules.
All applicants shall abide by the ESD MeeSeva Rules, 2025 and instructions issued by the competent authorities from time to time.
