The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 6565 Technician posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official RRB website. The Online apply start from 30-06-2026 and last date to submit the application form is 29-07-2026.
RRB Technician Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Notification OUT
A recent press release has announced the RRB Technician vacancies for the 2026–27 recruitment cycle. As per the intent notice, a total of 6565 Technician Grade 1 and Grade 3 vacancies across 51 categories are released, based on assessments conducted by all zonal railways. This recruitment drive presents a golden opportunity for candidates, especially those who missed last year’s cycle, as such notifications are not frequently issued by the Indian Railways.
Although the official notification is published on the RRB website, the indent reply confirms the 6565 vacancies, with South Eastern Railway (SER) having the highest at 1,434 vacancies and East Central Railway (ECR), Muzaffarpur the lowest at 6 vacancies. Indian Railways, comprising 17 zones and multiple Production Units, has approved these 6565 vacancies, and the detailed Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) is released across all regional RRB websites.
