OR (1) (i) Master’s Degree in Engineering in Civil/Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.	2
Technical Officer	Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Civil/Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. OR Master’s Degree in Engineering in Civil/Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.	2
Junior Surgeon	A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).	1
Tutor in the Institute of Nursing Education	Master’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized University and if a candidate with Master’s Degree in Nursing is not available, Bachelor of Science in Nursing/Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized University	2
Scientific Assistant cum Photographer in Forensic Science Laboratory	Degree in Science with at least second class from a recognized University.	1
Assistant Professor in Fine Art (Painting)	Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in the relevant branch with First class or equivalent in any one of the two degrees and minimum two years of relevant professional experience.	1
Member	A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Member unless he is of not less than forty years of age as per Rule 3(2) of the Consumer Protection Rules,2020.	1
