Stage 2: Mains Exam Conventional (Descriptive) Type: This stage involves descriptive (conventional) papers. Content: Candidates answer questions related to their specific Engineering Discipline. Purpose: To assess a deeper understanding of the technical subject matter and determine eligibility for the Personality Test. Stage 3: Personality Test Evaluation: This interview assesses a candidate's communication skills, professional ability, and overall suitability for Group A/B engineering services.
