Apprentice Selection Process: The State Bank of India (SBI) Apprentice selection process consists of
four main stages: an Online Written Examination, a Local Language Test,
Document Verification, and a Medical Examination. Candidates must qualify in
each stage to proceed.
1. Online Written Examination Candidates must clear a computer-based, objective-type test consisting
of 100 questions totalling 100 marks, to be completed in 60 minutes. Negative Marking: 1/4th of the mark assigned for a question is
deducted for every wrong answer. Exam Sections (25
questions/marks each, 15 minutes per section): General/Financial
Awareness General English Quantitative
Aptitude Reasoning Ability
& Computer Aptitude
2. Local
Language Test Candidates who clear
the written exam must appear for a Local Language Proficiency Test. Exemptions: You are
exempt from this test if you can provide 10th or 12th standard mark sheets
proving you have already studied the specified local language.
3.
Document Verification Shortlisted
candidates must present valid educational certificates, ID proofs, and
category/caste certificates (if applicable) for verification.
4.
Medical Examination Final engagement as
an apprentice is strictly subject to the candidate being declared medically
fit according to SBI's standards. |

current vacancies. 3. Click on the required notification and
check the official notification. 4. Eligible candidates can fill out the
online application with the required documents. 5. After registering online, the candidates
are advised to take a printout for future reference. 6. Eligible candidates can apply through the
official link which is given below in the Apply Online section.

Scheme (NAPS) Portal Registration 1. Visit the Apprenticeship India Portal https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/ 2. Click on
"Register" and select "Candidate." 3. Fill in your basic details,
verify your mobile number, and complete the registration. 4. Note down your generated
Registration/Enrolment Number.
Step 2: SBI Careers
Application 1. Visit the official SBI
Careers Portal https://ibpsreg.ibps.in/sbiaapr26/. 2. Locate and click on the
notification titled "Engagement of Apprentices in SBI". 3. Click on the "Apply
Online" link to open the registration page. 4. Select "Click here for
New Registration" and fill in your basic personal and academic details. 5. Save your progress and note
down your provisional registration number and password. |
