CSIR-CCMB, Hyderabad Summer Training Program 2026 |

About
The Program: |
CSIR-CCMB Summer Training Program 2026 is an opportunity provided by
the CSIR- Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) to students from
any Indian universities/institutes, pursuing life sciences. It aims to
provide students hands-on research experience, mentorship from CCMB
scientists, and exposure to popular science topics and ethical practices. |

Eligibility: |
To be eligible, an applicant must have completed any one of the
following:
1. M.Sc./ M.Tech/ M.Pharm Program: Students admitted in 2025 (who
completed the first year of M.Sc./ M.Tech/ M.Pharm are eligible).
2. B.Tech./ B.Pharm Program: Students admitted in 2023 (who completed
three years of B. Tech/
B.Pharm are eligible).
3. Integrated B.Tech-M.Tech or B.Sc-M.Sc. or BVSc: Students who
completed the 8th semester (or four years of their study are eligible)
4. MBBS/ BDS students who have completed three years of study are
eligible.
5. B.Sc in Biosciences 4years program: Students admitted in 2023 (who
completed three years of B.Sc are eligible)
Note:- Students of 3 years B.Sc program and Pharm.D are not
eligible. |

Selected candidates will receive:- 1. real-time exposure/ hands-on experience in research.
2. opportunity to work in research laboratories 3. mentorship and networking opportunities with CCMB scientists
4. expert-led lectures on ethics, good lab practices, and
emerging areas in life sciences.

Documents
Required: |
1. Authorization letter from the Head of the Department/ DEAN of their
college in the prescribed format.
2. Class 10 marksheet Statement of Purpose (SOP)
(Note:- Students who do not have the latest semester results at
the time of application submission, must upload a certificate from their
college/institute stating that they have appeared for the examination and
results are awaited.) |

website, please check for scholarship. 3. Click on the
required scholarship notification and check the official notification. 4. Eligible
candidates can fill out the online application with the required documents. 5. After registering
online, the candidates are advised to take a printout for future reference. 6. Eligible
candidates can apply through the official link which is given below in the
Apply Online section. |

Display of the list of selected candidates: 01-04-2026
The last date for sending the acceptance: 15-04-2026
Tentative dates of joining CCMB, Hyderabad: 15-04-2026 to 15-04-2026
No candidate will be allowed to join after 15-06-2026
Period of joining (start & end dates) should be clearly mentioned
in the HOD/ Authorization letter.
