KNRUHS First phase of web counselling for MBBS course – Web Options from 16.09.2025 to 18.09.2025
KNRUHS MBBS ADMISSIONS UNDER COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA FOR THE
ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26
Notification for exercising web-options for first phase of counselling
for admission into MBBS course under Competent Authority Quota into affiliated
Government, Private Un-Aided Minority/Non- Minority Medical Colleges for the AY
2025-26.
In continuation to this office notifications dated:
15.07.2025, 25.07.2025, 08.09.2025, 12.09.2025 & 15.09.2025 Kaloji Narayana
Rao University of Health Sciences hereby notifies to conduct of first phase of web-based
counselling under Competent Authority Quota (C.Q) for admission into MBBS
course including EWS, PWD, PMC, CAP categories for the AY 2025-26 into
Government, Private un-aided Minority/Non- Minority Medical Colleges in the
State of Telangana.
Candidates whose certificates were uploaded at the time of
online registration and provisionally verified by staff of concerned
departments and whose names are notified as eligible candidates in the final
merit list of UG Medical Admissions on the KNRUHS website on 15.09.2025 are
eligible to exercise web - options through online from computer with internet
connection.
All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in
the final merit list including PWD, PMC, CAP categories and EWS quota
candidates on KNRUHS website can exercise web options for admission into MBBS
course from 6.00 A .M. on 16.09.2025 up to 11.30 P.M. on 18.09.2025 through
website https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/
For eligibility criteria and regulations, to refer the
notifications dated: 15.07.2025.
UNIVERSITY FEE: Allotted Candidates have to pay the
University fee of Rs. 12,000/- for MBBS Course through payment Gateway by using
Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download
the allotment order.
TUITION FEE: Tuition fee is to be paid at respective
Medical colleges. The tuition fee payable as notified by the Government of
Telangana (Notified on KNRUHS web site)
Government Medical Colleges: Rs. 10,000/- per year.
Private Medical colleges and ESIC: Rs 60,000/- per year.
NOTE:
The details of seats available (seat matrix) are placed in
the website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in
Candidates can exercise web options for MBBS course in all
Medical colleges affiliated to KNRUHS through https://tsmedadm.tsche.in
The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the
selection procedure notified in Government orders G.O.Ms.No. 114 HM&FW(C1)
Dept. Dated:05-07-2017, subsequent amendments, G.O. Ms. No. 125, Health,
Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department Dated: 22.09.2022, G.O. Ms. No. 75,
Health, Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department Dated: 04-07-2023, G.O. Ms.
No. 33, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department Dated: 19-07-2024,
G.O.Ms.No. 10, Scheduled Castes Development (POA.A2) Department, Dated:
14.04.2025, G.O.Ms.No. 150, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department
Dated: 08.09.2025 and relevant Hon'ble High Court/Supreme court orders and
University regulations.
Candidates in the final merit list are informed that if
they do not exercise web options in the first phase of counselling, they are
not eligible to exercise web options in subsequent phases of counsellings to
prevent seat blocking.
Candidates are informed that if they exercise web- options
for a seat and allotted MBBS seat as per their choice in the web- counselling
and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, they will not be
eligible for exercising web- options for subsequent rounds of counselling.
NOTE: Admissions into MBBS courses for the AY 2025-26 at
Chalmeda Anand Rao Institute of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar is subject to the
final orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana in WP No. 27879 of 2025.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES:
1. Eligible NEET-UG-2025 qualified candidates as per the
final merit list for Competent Authority Quota can exercise web options for
MBBS course in to the affiliated medical colleges of KNRUHS as per their
interest and priority through https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/ from computer with
internet connection.
2. Candidates are advised to go through the Prospectus for
the Regulations for admission into MBBS course and Government Orders on Rules
of Admission on KNRUHS website before exercising web-options.
3. Competent Authority Quota seats in Minority Medical
Colleges will be allotted to Muslim Minority Candidates only. Muslim Minority
Candidates are also eligible for Competent Authority Quota seats in other
Medical Colleges.
4. If a candidate is allotted a seat in MBBS course as per
his/her options and does not join the course, they shall not be permitted to
exercise web options in subsequent phases of counsellings to prevent seat
blocking.
5. Candidates exercising web-options for MBBS course are
informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web-options.
Candidates can exercise web options for any number of colleges the candidate is
interested to join as per candidate’s eligibility.
6. One time pass word will be sent to the registered mobile
number at the time of exercising web-options. The pass word consists of SIX
letter code with English capital A to Z.
7. Candidates are instructed to take a print out of saved
options.
8. Candidates will receive SMS message on their registered
mobile after allotment of seat, if allotted. Candidates are directed to login
to check their allotment status on https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/ website after
each phase of counselling.
9) The selected candidates shall download the allotment
order from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by
using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).
Candidates should check their allotment and report to the principal of
respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment order.
10) Selected candidates have to report to the principal of
the respective medical college before the last date for joining as specified on
the allotment order, to submit all original certificates, relevant bonds and to
pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the
candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process
within specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled
automatically and the candidates shall not be permitted to exercise web-options
for subsequent phases of counselling and admission to prevent seat blocking.
11) Candidates are hereby informed that final verification
of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted Medical College and
in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and
action will be initiated as per university regulations.
12) Original certificates submitted at the time of
admissions shall not be returned to the candidate, unless the candidate
discontinue the course.
13) The University fee once paid shall not be refunded
under any circumstances.
