Selection Process	Selection will be based on a written test. The test will be conducted in 1 and/or 2 stages as follows: Test 1: Objective test consisting of multiple-choice questions from Arithmetic ability, English Language, General Knowledge, computer knowledge, Current affairs, reasoning ability, etc. Test 2: Descriptive test consisting of short answers, long answers, essay writing, letter writing, comprehension, computer skills, etc.
