Lab Technician	a. Intermediate with Chemistry as one of the subject or its equivalent course for DMLT and Bsc (MLT) recognized by the Govt.  b. Must possess a pass certificate of 2 years Intermediate vocational MLT with one year apprenticeship training in Govt. Hospitals / DMLT / BSc (MLT) course from any institution recognized by the Govt.  c. Must be registered in A.P. Para Medical Board.	2
Theatre Assistant	a. Must have passed SSC / 10th Class or its equivalent course recognized by the Govt.  b. Must have put minimum service of 5 years as Nursing Orderly in a hospital.	1
Pay Scale & Age limit Details:

Lab Technician	Rs. 32670/-	18-42   Age relaxation is applicable as per rule.
Theatre Assistant	Rs. 15000/-	18-42   Age relaxation is applicable as per rule.
Application Fee:	Applicant must enclose a demand draft for application processing fee in favour of District Coordinator of Hospital Services, S.P.S.R. Nellore District. If candidate is eligible for more than one post, it is required to enclose demand draft for each post separately as detailed below.  a) For OC candidates...............................  Rs.500/- b) For SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates ..........
